check out his spoken word albums, especially when he rips on U2...absolutely genuine, honest, and hilarious...

i can't say enough about mike patton and this album; any hard rock band after this album owes them; just like any band after Led Zeppelin II...it's so original, it's not even funny...

once again, 80's n 90's alt. fans know it, i'm looking out for the younger and older...took feedback and scratch of Lou Reed to a whole other level...

yea, i know you older fans know this one, but much like Springsteen's "Tunnel of Love" album, Dylan is suffering from a break up and actually lets us in, for once, especially on "Tangled up in Blue" or "Shelter from the Storm" (Bono may have been inspired in structure for "with or without you" from the latter)...

Dylan n The Band at their best...uninhibited, no ego, just fun, never intended to be heard, just a bunch of guys enjoying playing together...if aliens came and said "what is american rock n roll", i'd hand them this...
