This thistle (nyjer seed) feeder is 23 inches tall, has a powder coated yellow finish that won't chip or fade, zinc die cast tops, bases, and ports that will last a lifetime, stainless steel wire that squirrels can't chew, a snug fitting sliding cap that's easy for you to lift but hard for squirrels, a top assembly that's easily removed for cleaning, and a contoured base that keeps seed within reach and is threaded so you can attach an A-6T or OMT seed tray to catch seed and provide extra room for birds! The aluminum perches can't be chewed and don't hurt birds' feet, the U.V. stabilized polycarbonate won't tarnish with age and is dependably durable. Openings for nyjer seed are designed to dispense seed economically.
