About the Author
Robin Vitetta-Miller has a master's degree in food and nutrition and is a contributing editor for Cooking Light Magazine. Her regular columns appear in Shape, Health, Natural Health, Men's Fitness and Jump. She has also written articles on food and health for Family Circle, Mademoiselle, Woman's Day and First for Women.
Acting as a spokesperson, Robin has appeared on local and national television, hosted home videos and cable television segments, spoken at media events and written recipes for Campbell's Soup Company, Weight Watcher's Food Company, Cooking Light Magazine, Health Magazine, Men's Fitness Magazine, Quaker, Uncle Ben's Rice, Del Monte Foods, SlimFast, California Prunes, Hamilton Beach, Equal/Nutrasweet, Bisquick, Family Circle Magazine, Nathalie Dupree, Mr. Coffee, T-Fal and Braun.
