Philip Buttaravoli, M.D., FACEP is Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida. Thomas Stair, M.D., FACEP is Professor and Research Director of Emergency Medicine at theUniversity of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore, Maryland. The authors are very computer savvy and have established their own website where they have posted various emergency procedures.
